Excelsior correspondent
JAMMU, October 22: Bali Bhagat, a top BJP leader and former minister, lambasted top NC leader Farooq Abdullah for his statement alleging that hatred has become a weapon to win elections in India.
Bhagat said that during his role (Farooq) during the crisis in the valley, Farooq Abdullah should above all be reserved by registering a case against him.
In a statement released here today, former Minister Bali Bhagat said it really is an irony that Farooq somehow threatened people not to come to Kashmir, but he preferred not to utter a single word. against the murder of members of minority communities in Kashmir Valley.
Claiming that Farooq Abdullah is in fact the mastermind of hate himself, the former minister said what good could be expected from the former CM and MP who was the founding member of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front . He recalled that Farooq Abdullah is the person who first left the Kashmir Valley in 1989 and flew to London as he was aware of the separatist game plan knowing full well what was to come to minorities and that it would not be wrong to declare that he was part and parcel of this barbaric game plan.
The top BJP leader accused Farooq Abdullah of maintaining a double standard by saying one thing in Kashmir and another in Jammu to deceive the people for garnering votes.
Bali Bhagat called on the people of Jammu and Kashmir to beware of the nefarious designs of those shrewd rulers who adopt double standards and emotionally blackmail the masses at large.
