Jetstar Asia adds Surabaya to its expanding network and increases frequency to Jakarta, Bali

Surabaya is a key market in Jetstar Asia’s expanding network for business and leisure travel, and the resumption of three weekly return services marks an important milestone in the airline’s recovery.

SINGAPORE – Jetstar Asia welcomes the resumption of services from Singapore to Surabaya, following the relaxation of Indonesian border requirements for international tourists.

Surabaya is a key market in Jetstar Asia’s expanding network for business and leisure travel, and the resumption of three weekly return services marks an important milestone in the airline’s recovery.

Flight 3K247 departed from Singapore Changi Airport at 11:10 a.m. and arrived at Juanda International Airport in Surabaya at 12:30 p.m. The return flight from Surabaya to Singapore, flight 3K248, will depart at 1:20 p.m. (local time) and arrive in Singapore at 4:40 p.m.

One way fares to Surabaya start from SGD 102. One-way sale fares to Jakarta, Denpasar and Kuala Lumpur are available from SGD 65. In addition to relaunching services to Surabaya, Jetstar Asia will increase flights to major Indonesian ports to meet growing demand ahead of major festivals. Jetstar Asia’s services to Denpasar and Jakarta will increase to five and 14 weekly services, respectively, pending regulatory approval.

Services to other key Southeast Asian destinations such as Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia will also see an increase in services, with customers able to choose from 21 weekly services from June.
