LMAN pays Rs 11.42 Tons for Trans-Sumatra Toll Road till January 2022
TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – The State Assets Management Agency (LMAN) of the Ministry of Finance has disbursed Rs 11.420 billion to acquire land for the development of the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road till January 31, 2022.
A total of 650 billion rupees has been earmarked for the Binjai Langsa Toll Road, the first section of which is officially operational.
“It’s an effort to reduce logistics costs and it’s one of the development priorities. Thus, the role of the APBN (state budget) in development is crucial,” Finance Minister Sri Mulyani said in a voice note sent by the ministry’s public relations on Friday, February 4, 2022.
Throughout 2022, LMAN is responsible for allocating public investment funds worth Rs 28.84 trillion, which will be spent to acquire land for several National Strategic Projects (NSPs) in the infrastructure sector .
Some Rp 24.088 billion of the funds will be used to acquire land for the toll road sector, including the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road. This financial support is part of the government’s investment to accelerate the development of its infrastructures.
Sri Mulyani stressed that the APBN would be the instrument to keep the economic wheel of the nation moving and improve the welfare of the people, and the support would be maintained.
This year, Sri said, the government provided 23.85 trillion rupees in state capital injections (PMN) to the state-owned construction company PT Hutama Karya to complete the toll road sections of the trans toll roads. -Sumatra and trans-Java.
“In 2021, we also provided three PMNs to Hutama Karya for a total of Rs 25.2 trillion. These PMNs were intended to help Hutama complete the NSP, particularly the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road.
